Job Specifics

Duties Description Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Shop cleanup and parts pickup/delivery.
• Maintain bathrooms, move cars, clean and fuel vehicles.
• Maintain and organize yard, check fire extinguishers and ensure shop safety.
• Deliver items to section garages, assist divisions with mail runs when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned that support day-to-day operations in support of Mechanics and Supervision.

Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience qualifications for this class. Applicants must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position and be able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions. When required to operate motor vehicles, incumbents must possess a valid New York State driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle being operated.

ADDITIONAL PAY INFORMATION:
The salary range for this position includes all applicable annual components of pay which are:
Base Pay Range from Hiring Rate $17.16 up to Job Rate $24.80.
Recruitment & Retention Pay: $3.37.
